| Dwain Larsen, President and Co-owner |

Dwain is a native of Idaho coming to the Wood River Valley in 1968 from Preston, Idaho. He has worked in the cleaning and restoration industry since that time, raising three sons in the valley and establishing Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. Dwain loves the outdoors and horseback riding is his therapy.

Justin is a native to the Wood River Valley. He has a bachelor degree in Business Administration. Upon returning to the Wood River Valley in 1999 he vowed to find a way to make his living here so as not to leave again. After spending the first six months helping Dwain he realized how much untapped potential Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. had and the need for their services within the valley. He now has two children he looks forward to being able to raise in the valley with all that it has to offer.

Nathan Adams, Project Manager & Estimator |

Nathan grew up in Bellevue, Idaho attending school here in the Wood River Valley. He has contributed to the community through church, and other extra curricular activities. After serving a full-time mission for his church, he returned to the valley to get married and start a family. Nathan began working for Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. in 2001 as a carpet cleaning technician, as well as helping to build the water restoration side of Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. He is currently a Journeyman Water Restorer and Journeyman Textile Cleaner with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Nathan loves this community and enjoys the opportunity that he has to service the people of this valley.

Kurt Boeddiker, Mitigation & Remediation Manager |

Kurt was born and raised in California and had lived in Idaho for six years prior to joining the Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. team in August of 2009. He holds certifications in advanced structural drying in addition to being a certified water restoration technician. Kurt has been married for thirteen years and has two great daughters. In his time away from work he enjoys water sports, fishing on his boat and camping with his family.

Leonard “Bo” Owens

Bo was born in Las Vegas, Nevada but moved to the Wood River Valley in 1990. Construction has been in his blood for three generation. He joined the Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. team in July of 2010. Bo performs all of our Radon Mitigation system installations as well as our drywall repairs and replacement. Bo also assists with our restoration jobs as he is a certified water restoration technician. Bo is married and has three beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with his family, building furniture and shooting.

Dave moved to Idaho from Georgia in the fall of 2000. He has an aircraft/electrical background but was seeking a career change. He recently joined the Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. team in June 2011. Along with his girlfriend and their dogs, Dave loves the camping and hiking the area has to offer. He’s happy to call Blaine County his home and looks forward to meeting and serving all the great people of the Wood River Valley.

Tara has been with Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. since February 2008. She brings with her a background in Office Management and 7+ years of bookkeeping experience. She has worked in the valley since 2004 and resides in Gooding, Idaho. Her hobbies consist of reading, writing, working with numbers and spending time with those that are close to her. She aspires to be like Rascal someday!

Rascal came to Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. after hours while Justin was working on the books in 2004. Her daily duties include eating, sleeping and greeting our shop visitors. If you visit the shop you are likely to see her striking this pose.

Paige joined the Valley Maintenance & Restoration, Inc. in 2000 after being adopted from the local animal shelter. Her daily duties include riding shotgun, checking jobs, guarding the grounds and touring the neighborhood. When you meet you’re likely to see her with a smile on her face.
